Since the establishment of the company in Singapore in 1973 and Malaysia in 1994 where Hayward Tech Engineering & Trading PLT as the founding company, the company has grown extensively in terms of size, expertise area, competency and management of quality. It has grown to a holding company that oversees a broad spectrum ranging from solution, construction, maintenance, investment and R&D. Since its establishment, technological excellence, high-quality, reliable, timely and responsible have been the inspirations of the company and they are the core values of the business.

Through the unending process of team work, communication, integrations and customer focus, we are now offering customers better solutions and more support in leisure water and extending to water park and theme park segments, besides the traditional pools and water features that we have been involved in the past 40 years, as well as water treatment in the past ten years.

Within the Group, the business activities are divided into four core sectors, namely Maintenance, Construction, Investment and R&D.

Our main focus is on water industry and LED development following the needs of water and waste water treatment that are driven by population growth, changing of weather pattern and industrialization that have seriously affected our living world. The challenges faced by the industry as well as the community include better water resource management, reduce cost whilst upgrading the existing equipment and complying new regulations. These challenges have driven us to working together helping customers meeting the challenges in the most cost-effective and efficient way while minimizing waste and impact to the environment.

In our theme park and entertainment spectrum, our business covers the core areas of theme park, theme retail and attraction, entertainment and gaming mixed-use development, cultural attraction, hotels, marine parks and zoos. We are committed to maximizing operating efficiencies, lowering operating cost, accountable and delivering completed project in a timely manner.
